Meet NaturalAntibody

NaturalAntibody is a company specializing in the development of computational methods for antibody-based drug discovery. Our goal is to understand the biology of antibody molecules, their therapeutic context, and how such knowledge can be translated to improved antibody therapy design. We pursue this goal by collecting, generating, and analyzing antibody data, with an end goal of applying our findings to antibody discovery.

 About the role 

As a Senior Product Manager, you will support both the technical team - in the implementation of a diverse product roadmap, as well as the management board and the business team - in the implementation of commercial projects. You will help deliver quality solutions to the market that are a response to the real problems of the pharmaceutical / biotechnology industry. You will have an impact on the directions of product portfolio management as well as business projects. It is needed that you perfectly understand the relationship between market expectations and modern technologies.


 Your tasks 

  • End-to-end product / portfolio management.
  • Coordinating the product roadmap, analyzing the needs of the target group and the market,
  • Cooperation with sales, marketing, and technology teams,
  • Coordination of the software delivery process and implementation of other project goals - including integrating knowledge from many product stakeholders,
  • Budget management for research and development projects,
  • Coordination of external service providers,
  • Motivating, supporting, and building a project's team,
  • Searching for improvement and questioning the status quo,
  • Developing the best solutions, especially in the face of unpredictable situations,
  • Reporting the effectiveness of activities carried out, as well as preparing presentations,
  • Conducting market research and analysis to support your strategic decisions.


 Requirements 

  • Min. 5 years of experience in managing IT projects (Agile, Scrum, Kanban),
  • Experience in managing web and infrastructure projects, R&D (data science, ML) and an ability to integrate all of the work of different specifications,
  • Very good knowledge of project management tools (Jira, ClickUp),
  • Very good understanding of different business models and ways of delivering services,
  • Excellent ability to analyze and map the needs of end-users, translating them into functional requirements,
  • Experience in managing specialized B2B products,
  • Proactive attitude in contact with clients,
  • Advanced understanding of product and software development metrics,
  • The ability to look at things from different perspectives and thinking outside the box,
  • Practical knowledge of preparing cost estimates, setting the project schedule and meeting deadlines,
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English (minimum C1),
  • Ability to work in a dispersed team.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the implementation of bioinformatics or IT projects for the pharmaceutical industry,
  • Python programming experience,
  • Interest in the drug manufacturing market, 
  • Experience in conducting independent workshops such as Design Sprint, Product Discovery, Scoping Session.
