We are currently looking for enthusiasts who like a fast work rhythm and have experience with managing paid campaigns.
Deliver our acquisition strategy and targets for Facebook and Google ads campaigns,
Optimize our funnel on Facebook and Google, with acquiring more leads on a WoW basis,
Support marketing activities across a cross-functional marketing pipeline,
Work closely with content and brand to deliver ads and content with exceptional conversion rates,
Lead the evaluation, onboarding, and production process of agencies, including creative, media, insights, and analytics vendors,
Analyze data to monitor marketing effectiveness and opportunities across a range of KPIs,
Show a strong focus on ROI tracking and monitoring, constantly identifying campaign ROI opportunities,
Create target goals, budgets, and detailed projections on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis,
Deliver A/B tests constantly to test the effectiveness of our campaigns.
3-5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally in the FinTech or Ecommerce industry,
Deep understanding of marketing analytics (SQL, Google Analytics, and Excel),
Previous advertising experience with Facebook, Google, Instagram, and LinkedIn,
Execution-focused and goal-oriented, with excellent project management and time management skills,
Fluency in English and Polish,
Experience delivering & measuring A/B tests,
Some experience in any CMS,
Proactive, data-driven, and self-starter mindset,
Strong problem-solver and analytical abilities,
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams,
The ability to think in the bigger picture.
Remuneration of 5000 - 10000 PLN net + VAT on B2B contract,
