We want to transform passive native experiences into active entertainment by creating an innovative game.
As Chief Revenue Officer at a newly created organisation operating in the e-sport/game development industry you will be in charge of all company's revenue streams. You will have ultimate accountability for driving revenue growth, by leveraging and aligning all revenue-generating departments: Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience/Customer Success and Product Development as well.
You will be responsible for:
co-designing company’s strategy and its execution
designing and implementing monetization model with multiple revenue generators
creating and supervising pricing strategy, constantly ensuring product value is aligned with specific market expectations
managing P&L, including especially:
multiple revenue streams, and
related costs incurred to generate those revenues
managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to product monetization
Analysing market for the purpose of identifying potential new channels for distribution and user acquisition; constantly searching for trends and benchmarks
focusing on reaching (sustaining and/or increasing) organisation’s profitability
analysing sources of incoming traffic, optimising conversion rates
leveraging partnerships into more sustainable and predictable user acquisition sources
building marketing and monetization team, as well as supervising it after all
contributing to product roadmapping thanks to collected insights about market expectations and users’ specific needs.
