The Group of Funds Ventures Capital Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder (www.thcpathfinder.com) specializing in new technologies and innovations in connection with dynamic development and launching more brand-new investment funds is looking for the best candidate for UX Researcher role.

We are a venture-backed FinTech startup with high growth market potential. Currently ramping up the core team that will work closely with founders to launch beta in the European market late 2020. We will offer a market leading experience connecting micro, small and medium online businesses with capital investors via our platform as well as business effective analytics.

Your daily basis responsibilities:

  • conduct primary and secondary user research
  • conduct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative research
  • perform market and ethnographic research
  • work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics
  • plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies
  • advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written and oral presentations
  • perform usability studies with consumers
  • ask questions, gather data, and analyze data
  • use a diverse set of UX research tools

Salary: minimum 7 000  PLN + VAT (B2B)


  • 3+ years of UX research experience
  • ability to quickly and effectively share research results
  • ability to perform all research-related tasks including research, planning, evaluating, and iteration
  • ability to formulate specific, answerable, and practical questions
  • ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and act as a strategic partner in product decisions
  • experience with remote testing tools
  • a strong desire for creative problem-solving with a positive attitude
  • excellent time-management skills
  • very good written and spoken English skills is mandatory
