 About Booste

Booste offers revenue-based financing (RBF) to e-commerce businesses to help them finance growth through digital ads, marketing campaigns and inventory spend. We provide flexible financing to companies, with a particular focus on small and medium-sized enterprises, to help them fund growth activities. The pandemic environment has disrupted global supply chains and left numerous businesses with a need to find alternative financial solutions as well as growth in digital platforms that are filling in where traditional methods are unable to help. That is where Booste comes in ;)

Your tasks

  • Comprehensive support for Sellers and Customers,
  • Portfolio care for several Sellers and responding to feedback
  • Development and implementation of solutions increasing the effectiveness of Sellers
  • Close cooperation with the Internet marketing department and the financial department
  • Obtaining information from customers regarding payments (soft process)
  • Operation of CRM support systems or external databases (KRD)


  •  1-2 years of work experience as part of sales support
  • Knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Slides
  • Extensive knowledge of CRM tools
  • The ability to think analytically and independently
  • Professional approach to work combined with a "can-do" approach
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Fluency in Polish, spoken and written
  • Experience in customer service is a plus
  • Knowledge of the market and e-commerce trends will be an advantage
