Internal Due Diligence Manager

As an Internal Due Diligence Manager, you will work with Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder portfolio companies to conduct a comprehensive examination of the financial condition of the organization, implement audit conclusions and monitor processes related to financial management. Conducted due diligence will assess the current situation in companies and determine the existing and potential risk, thanks to which you will build solutions supporting the organization's activities.

Tasks

  • conducting financial due diligence in THCP portfolio companies,
  • implementation of conclusions from the conducted due diligence studies,
  • building the due diligence process in the organization,
  • creating and implementing best practices in the field of financial management,
  • cooperation with management boards of portfolio companies,
  • supervision over financial management in THCP portfolio companies,
  • co-creating and monitoring long-term activities resulting from the conducted audits,
  • cooperation with teams / partners in the field of finance, accounting, administration and HR,
  • preparing THCP portfolio companies for due diligence carried out by external investors.

We require

  • minimum 4 years of experience in financial due diligence,
  • minimum 3 years of managerial experience,
  • experience in working with startups / technology companies,
  • advanced knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting, taxes, finance,
  • fluent knowledge of English and Polish (spoken and written) min. C1.
  • advanced knowledge of MS Excel,
  • proactivity, commitment, independence.

Nice to have:

  • experience in financial consulting,
  • knowledge of polish labor law.
