Red Sky and Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder ( bring together dynamic and profitable projects, with particular emphasis on modern IT solutions and technologies. We are the group of over 300 specialists including teams of engineers, designers and project managers, ready to develop and support promising startups at every step. Every year we introduce new, revolutionary products to the market. In connection with dynamic development and launching more brand-new investment funds is looking for the best candidate for Growth Lead role.

We are a venture-backed FinTech startup with high growth market potential. Currently ramping up the core team that will work closely with founders to launch beta in the European market late 2020. Our platform (Booste) will offer a market leading experience connecting merchants with capital investors as well as a variety of tools to boost e-commerce businesses.

We are looking for a highly motivated Growth Lead with responsibilities:

- plan and implement Go-To-Market strategy 

- build a team and lead all growth/ marketing related activities 

- work closely with the CEO and CPO

Salary: minimum 10 000 PLN + VAT (B2B)

    • you have experience in creating a Go-To-Market strategy
    • you have outstanding analytical skills combined with a creative mindset to solve problems
    • you have deep knowledge and experience in Performance Marketing Campaigns and SEO
    • you have broad knowledge and experience within one or more of the disciplines of product design / UX principles, statistical analysis, programming, behavioral psychology
    • you have solid experience in one or preferably more of marketing areas of CRO, A/B Testing, DB querying, Photoshop / wireframing, Excel modelling, Copywriting, Funnel Marketing
    • you demonstrate expertise in most of the following channels: E-mail, FB Ads, Display, Content Marketing, Social, PR, Partnerships, Viral
    • you have experience in using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, SimilarWeb, Amplitude
    • you have experience with marketing automation tools and CRM (Hubspot or similar)
    • you are able to blend analytical & creative thinking
    • positive and professional mindset supported by “can do” attitude

    Nice to have:

    • you have experience as an entrepreneur, running your own business
    • you have experience in a startup environment
    • you have experience in preparing and running marketing campaigns for fintech/ digital/ e-commerce businesses
