Currently we are looking for exceptional and challenge oriented  Tech Team Leader  to manage software development teams in dynamic and rapidly grow start up environmentWe’re looking for someone passionate about tech with strong leadership personality.

As Tech Team Leader you will deal with:

  • building, leading and retaining  a team of developers, technical product managers, technical support, QA tester through consultations, supervision and technical guidance 
  • ensuring the team understands the company's vision that they are inspired and motivated to help realise it, 
  • manage decision-makers, partners and play an crucial part of all strategic decisions 
  • ensuring and providing that the required systems, tools, and processes are in the right place

Salary range starts from minimum 12 000 PLN B2B


    • previous experience in a similar role 
    • start-up experience with fast paced growth
    • strong background in technology and technical leadership (must have:  node.js, react js, sql / nice to have: python or C#)
    • knowledge of AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
    • experienced in maintaining  IT budgets
    • experienced with modern software development practices (Agile, Scrum)
    • result-oriented way of working, organizational talent
