This time we’re looking for C-level candidates for one of our gaming companies. As a C-level team member in an esports / game organization, you will be responsible for the company's growth and revenue streams. You will have the ultimate responsibility for increasing revenues by using and adapting interdisciplinary competencies in various areas: marketing, sales, user experience / customer success, as well as product development.



You will be responsible for:

  • comprehensive organization and project management - introduction and development on the Internet market
  • seeking for new ways of business development and monetization
  • establishing, maintaining and developing good relations with business partners
  • building your team and taking care of its development by aligning it with business goals
  • analyzing business value of the offered service, to respond dynamically to the needs of the market (Customers, Users)
  • planning and implementing budget as well as its ongoing management and monitoring
  • planning and optimizing the use of resources necessary for the implementation of the project
  • analysing and anticipating problematic situations and identifying appropriate solutions to them.

Salary:

  • min. 15 000 net PLN (B2B contract) + VAT [monthly]

Requirements

The following will be required from you:

  • several years of experience in developing, planning and managing business strategies as Managing Director / C-level officer with a focus on gaming or digital sector
  • experience in creating and implementing strategies in the area of sales, business development and marketing
  • ability to make decisions, plan the resources necessary to carry out the project and organize work effectively
  • strong understanding of monetization models in the gaming sector
  • understanding of various marketing channels, in particular, influencer marketing
  •  the ability to plan and execute the budget, knowledge of the appropriate tools
  • focus on effective and consistent achievement of objectives - business determination
  • the ability to make decisions, plan the resources needed to carry out the project and organise work effectively
  • fluent English
  • very good practical knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tactics and tools

Great to have

  • knowledge of project management methodologies (with a focus on agile methodologies)
  • strong understanding of eSport and gaming industry-wide trends and characteristics
  • interest in streaming technologies and influencer marketing in the gaming world
