Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder ( - Venture Builder building up global technology businesses.

This time we’re looking for the CEO for a venture operating in the eSport/gaming sector. We would like to transform passive native experiences into active entertainment by developing innovative game for enthusiasts of Counter Strike: GO and other popular titles.

Your tasks will include:

  • comprehensive organisation and project management - introduction and development on the Internet market
  • building your team from scratch and to take care of its development by aligning them with business goals
  • analysingbusiness value of the offered service, to response dynamically to the needs of the market (Customers, Users)
  • planning and implementing budget as well as its ongoing management and monitoring
  • planning and optimising the use of resources necessary for the implementation of the project
  • establishing, maintaining and developing good relations with business partners
  • analysing and anticipating problematic situations and identifying appropriate solutions to them.

Salary range:
starts from min. 15 000 B2B + VAT

  • several years of experience in developing, planning and managing business strategies as Managing Director/CEO with a focus on gaming or digital sector
  • experience in creating and implementing strategies in the area of sales, business development and marketing
  • ability to make decisions, plan the resources necessary to carry out the project and organise work effectively
  • ability to plan and execute the budget, knowledge of the appropriate tools
  • focus on effective and consistent achievement of objectives - business determination
  • the ability to make decisions, plan the resources needed to carry out the project and organise work effectively
  • ability to plan and execute the budget, knowledge of tools (metrics)
  • fluent English
  • very good practical knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tactics and tools
  • recommended knowledge of project management methodologies (with a focus on agile methodologies)

  • strong understanding of monetization models in gaming sector
  • interest in streaming technologies and influencer marketing in the gaming world
