Red Sky is a key part of the Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder's fund -, which was launched in late 2016.  About Booste 

Booste offers revenue-based financing (RBF) to e-commerce businesses to help them finance growth through digital ads, marketing campaigns and inventory spend. We provide flexible financing to companies, with a particular focus on small and medium-sized enterprises, to help them fund growth activities. The pandemic environment has disrupted global supply chains and left numerous businesses with a need to find alternative financial solutions as well as growth in digital platforms that are filling in where traditional methods are unable to help. That is where Booste comes in ;)

Currently, we’re looking for enthusiasts who enjoy a fast-paced work rhythm and have experience in finance & banking. If you understand the financial and e-commerce market and can identify business opportunities related to SME financing - join our team!

 Your tasks 

  • Sales of financial services in the SME area and service for B2B partners
  • Comprehensive customer support, care, and response to feedback
  • Implementation of communication plans to attract new customers
  • Close cooperation with the Internet and product marketing departments
  • Coordination of initiatives related to the company's business opportunities


  •  2-3 years of experience in working in the sale of financial products
  • Knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Slides
  • Knowledge of customer service and CRM tools
  • Fluency in spoken and written English (C1)
  • The ability to think analytically and independently
  • Professional approach to work combined with a "can-do" approach
  • Fluency in Polish or any other language is a plus
  • Knowledge of the market and e-commerce trends will be an advantage
